Employee Relations

Regular labor-management meetings are held to encourage employees to actively express their opinions and make suggestions, in order to achieve effective two-way communication. The implementation status of various employee welfare measures, training and development programs, retirement systems, as well as the implementation of labor-management agreements and employee rights protection measures, are as follows:

(1) Employee welfare measures, training, and development programs and their implementation:

Our company values employee welfare and provides a good working environment. We have implemented various employee welfare measures, including emergency assistance, holiday gifts, and employee travel subsidies. In terms of training, we develop an annual education and training plan and allocate a budget for training expenses, enabling employees to pursue further education and enhance their professional knowledge.

(2) Retirement system and its implementation:

Our company follows the provisions of the “Labor Standards Act” and adopts a defined contribution system. The retirement benefits are calculated at 6% of the monthly salary, which is deducted and deposited into individual retirement accounts. For our subsidiaries located outside the territory of the Republic of China, local regulations regarding retirement benefits are followed. In various regions of mainland China, the requirements for employee participation in pension insurance range from 12% to 22% of the insurance base salary.

(3) Implementation of labor-management agreements and employee rights protection measures:

All measures and regulations concerning labor-management relations in our company are based on relevant laws and regulations. We have always adhered to a management approach that emphasizes autonomy and the participation of all employees. Effective communication is maintained through various business meetings, education and training programs, and other means of communication, resulting in a positive labor-management relationship.
